The large particles have the slowest degradation rate, providing more sustained and potent biostimulatory signals. After injection, PLLA acts on the deep subcutaneous tissue and fascia layers, stimulating the production of robust Type I collagen fibers. ★Following a course of treatment, it gradually provides strong tissue support and volume enhancement over 24 months, shaping a plumper, rounder, and naturally lifted chest, abdomen, and buttocks. The effects can last for up to 2 years after injection.
